Our vast body of volunteers continues to represent humanitarian leadership in the HIV/AIDS Pandemic. We provide a tangible means through which individuals and communities can take action in the fight against AIDS. Volunteers consistently provide compassionate, dedicated and effective responses to communities impacted by HIV and AIDS. We invite you to be a part of this community.
Volunteer Opportunities at GMHC are categorized in one of three categories: working with staff, working with clients, and working with the public. Please click on the links to the left to see current opportunities in each area.
Please note that the vast majority of our current volunteer opportunities take place during our normal business hours: Monday – Friday, 10 am – 6 pm. Outside of these hours the main volunteer needs we have are within the Dr. Lawson Institute’s GED program, which meets weekday evenings.
