Raw Cut Productions
Raw Cut Productions is a web-based social marketing project that produces culturally relevant public service announcements (PSAs) created by and for the various populations that we serve.
Participants attend a multi-session workshop and learn the skills for creating effective HIV-related PSAs. In the latter part of the training, participants develop and create a PSA as a group, acquiring skills in scriptwriting, storyboarding, lighting, camera work, directing and editing. The final PSA is then posted on rawcutproductions.com and other collaborating web sites, as well as distributed to a variety of venues and events frequented by community members.
rawcutproductions.com showcases all the PSAs produced by this project as well as offers visitors to the site the chance to comment on any of the PSAs.
