Eat Well

Having a basic understanding of nutrition is the first step in improving your eating habits and good nutrition is essential in maintaining a healthy immune system.  To optimize your health, you must eat plenty of nutrient dense foods (fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, calcium- rich foods) and limit foods that are harmful in excessive amounts (saturated and trans-fats, refined sugar).  With the following information, you will be on your way to becoming a nutrition expert!
